The room was nice, very clean and comfortable. It is good location, very easy to find from train station. Breakfast was good variety of fruits, cheeses and pastry. Only thing missing was some fresh salat. Everybody were nice and pleasant.

Comfortable lounge. Very helpful staff. Some of the signage was confusing, like the directions to the parking garage and the signs for the hotel parking spaces were very small. We missed them and parked in wrong space. Be aware if you rented anything but a small car, find another place to park. It took a very long time to maneuver our 5 passenger car out. The breakfast was excellent. A real value for a buffet with eggs, fresh orange juice, breads, waffles and real maple syrup. There are two hotels that share the lobby. The Crequi has smaller halls and rooms. The Bonnel is larger and more expensive. There is a shared Fitness room which was good. The location is great. We walked to the train station, restaurant and museums.

Best Western Lyon was an amazing experience. The lady at check-in was warm, kind, and welcoming from start to finish, and the check-out process was smooth with plenty of smiles. The hotel is in a calm area, and the rooms were neat, with a nice view. The bathroom was clean, and there was 24/7 hot water for showers. I also appreciated the free-flowing water available for guests. A fantastic stay overall, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic staff, great breakfast and fairly modern rooms. Safe, extra pillows, water boiler with complimentary coffee all contributed to a great stay, and complimentary soap and skin cremes were a nice extra bonus. Our room was completely quiet, with no noise from the surrounding cityscape.

It’s central and has a lovely garden in the middle. Also has a car park which is safe so we did not have to worry about that

Very friendly staff, super clean rooms, great location close to Rhone river, as well as many bus, metro and tram stops, and even a supermarket.

Great location, walking distance from the train station as well as almost walking distance from the old town If not, a tram station is one block away. And just next to the hotel, there is a grocery store. I had a room with the window directly on the street, but with amazing soundproofing - I could see cars passing by just a few meters away, but I did not hear a thing.

Very good breakfast, wide range of food items. Comfortable beds. 20 minute walk to Place Bellecourt and 10 minutes to Part Dieu train station. Restaurants nearby. But in a pinch, a very good supermarket next door.

Plenty of cafés nearby and easy to get around with just a short walk to the tram on Rue Servient. Tickets are available from the supermarket next door, or just tap and go using your contactless bank card to pay for journeys. The hotel is in a fairly central location, well placed for shopping trips and visiting local landmarks, while our room was quiet, set back from the street and away from traffic. The concierge and all staff were polite and helpful.

We had a suite , a large bed and a sofa bed, both quite comfortable; the suite was nice and clean. the staff has been very helpful and courteous, willing to do the extra mile to make our stay the best possible. Location is very central and close to restaurants, shops etc.
